4. We’re about 1900 sqft. so it’s not a huge facility. As such, we aren’t planning to pack it with a crapload of members. We’ve run this thing for 5 years without ever charging anyone, so we aren’t just tryna make a buck. That means it won’t be overly busy or packed with people.
