Learning lifting is a powerlifting and strength training class geared towards those who are interested in learning how to lift in a beginner-friendly environment. It will be led by Dani Clavelle and Sandra Cappon, and your cost includes the following:

1) 18 one-hour small group sessions over 9 weeks

2) A group program to follow and modifications as necessary

The classes will run Every Wednesday at 7:00PM and Saturday Morning at 8:30AM starting March 20th, and running for a 9-week duration.
